The Trails at Scottsdale III / IV Homeowner Association

A TRAILS Brief History
The Trails at Scottsdale III/IV community was developed by Lennar Homes from 1983 through 1986.  We have 226 homes within our association comprised of patio homes in Trails III, and single family residences in Trails IV.  The association was organized by the developer in 1980 prior to the start of construction within the subdivision.

Historically before this area was developed there were horse trails all through this area made by the Native

Americans.
