Our association is managed by an elected Board of Directors who must be homeowners. Regular Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, and our association’s Annual Meeting occurs in February.

Our Mission
The mission of The Trails at Scottsdale III/IV Homeowners Association is to preserve the attractive appearance of our community, ensure The Trails remains a desirable place to live, and protect the property values of our homes.
