Pizza Party prior to our Special Called Business Meeting
We overlooked mentioning if you plan to be with us for pizza before the meeting, please call our voice mail line, 480-429-0003, and let us know whether to count on one or two from your household. That way we’ll be able to order the appropriate amount of food. So RSVP, please.
The Logic behind a Variance Request for any exterior change, even if repainting the same color
As simple as possible, the logic is this: some homes in Trails III and IV are mildly out of compliance with our ACC Standards. If the homeowner simply repaints the same color the problem is perpetuated, not resolved.
Submitting a variance request allows the ACC to review the property for color compliance.
This is also important for YOU, the homeowner. An approved variance request in your property file prevents a more zealous or radical HOA leadership in the future from ever coming back and citing or fining you for being out of compliance.
So – your submitting a variance request for any changes to your property is in your best interests, as well as your HOA’s.
